Boundary Marking

To determine the correct position of a property boundary the surveyor will inspect the Title diagram (the plan that created your lot) then attend the site to attempt to find any remaining evidence from this plan that will inform them of the position of your boundaries.

In older areas or areas where a large number of surveyors reference marks have been destroyed the surveyor may need to go as far as the ends of your street or even the next street over to find the evidence they need.

At TSD Consulting we use the experience and knowledge gained from hundreds of boundary markings in the region to deliver a result as quickly and affordably as possible, contact us using the form below for a fixed price quote.
