We are a boutique consultancy and pride ourselves on helping our clients to better understand the work we do by providing a professional consulting service.
Many larger companies will rely on unqualified or junior staff to conduct the fieldwork for your project with the Registered Surveyor never leaving the office. Other companies don’t employee a Registered Surveyor at all and instead outsource plan endorsement, the legality of these arrangements are currently in question. Our surveyors are all either Registered or on a path to Registration.
